Walking inside, very friendly, warm staff. Wines were great. I enjoyed their Chardonnay and Viognier and their Syrah. I ended up taking a bottle of each. While we did our tasting, we also got to taste their estate olive oil with fresh bread.
Their chardonnay has a very rich creme brulee, buttery flavor, with hints of pineapple with a little coconut finish on the end. The Viognier was very floral, citrus, honeysuckle. The palate was clean, crisp, asian pear, not syrupy or oily - perfectly balanced. The prices per bottle of wine is between $20-$40.
Compared to the other wineries in Paso, this would rank near the top.
